Return Policy

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, you can return your order. If you are not satisfied with the items, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

• The order includes all parts, components, and the packaging is in its original condition.
• The product shows normal handling; damage due to careless handling is not accepted.
• Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
• The product must be found defective immediately upon receipt.
• We are entitled to charge you for the return shipping costs.

Returns will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

How to Return Your Order

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to: info@londella.com
2. Include the following information in your email:
   • Order number
   • Reason for the return
   • A photo of the product if damaged
   • Your first name and last name
   • Your address

We will provide you with the correct return address. Do not send the return to the sender; we will give you the proper address. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) receives the last item of the order. You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. Due to our automated system, orders are processed immediately, so if more than 24 hours have passed, we cannot stop the shipping process, and a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Londella of your decision to withdraw from the contract via a clear declaration (e.g., by email). The cancellation is completed when we receive the goods. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by you, the buyer.

Shipments in Transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be extended transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the goods and then return them to us. You may notify us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure a swift return, please provide us with a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, except for delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard, cheapest option), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal and the returned goods. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
